We build AI-powered digital coworkers for industrial B2B companies. Assistants trained on each customer's products, processes and customers, that actually know the job and do real work around the clock.
Demand is growing fast. We're expanding the team to build more, ship faster and stay ahead.

Fullstack Engineer,
AI Platform.
Our platform runs on GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Vertex AI) with Go on the backend, TypeScript/React on the frontend, and PostgreSQL, ClickHouse and Spanner for data. You'd work across the whole stack.
What you'd work on
- Ship features that customers actually use every day
- Keep production healthy and fix things when they break
- Build with LLM APIs, RAG pipelines and agentic patterns
- Improve infra, CI/CD, monitoring
- Own real production responsibility from day one
We're not looking for someone to just execute tickets. We use copilots, so writing code is the easy part. What we need is someone who understands how systems fit together, thinks about trade-offs and owns problems end to end.

What we're looking for
- Comfortable in Linux, Docker and cloud infra. GCP preferred, AWS/Azure transfers fine.
- Strong backend skills in a typed language. Go, Java, C#, TypeScript or similar. We write Go but you don't need to know it coming in.
- Can work in a TypeScript/React frontend. Doesn't need to be your main thing.
- Knows PostgreSQL beyond just writing queries. Performance, locks, troubleshooting.
- Uses AI dev tools (Claude Code, Copilot) as part of daily work, not as a novelty.
- Around 5+ years of experience. Ideally you've worked somewhere where you had to do a bit of everything.
